This is a new restaurant brought out by Yuichi Arai, who went independent at a young age after having trained at the well-known sushi restaurants Kyubey and Sushi Sho. While located in the highly competitive Ginza district, Sushi Arai is a well-known restaurant that has joined the ranks of those where reservations are hard to make, even well in advance.
