In February 2017, a Chinese restaurant “Sazenka” opened in Minami Azabu. The “Best Hospitality” and “Best Cuisine” new Chinese cuisine, are offered here by Japanese Executive Chef Tomoya Kawada, and manager Ryoji Hayashi, expressed through Japanese spirit and ingredients. After studying Chinese cuisine at Nishiazabu “Azabu Changjiang”, and Japanese cuisine in “RyuGin”, the Chef Kawada participated in the launch of Taiwan “Shoun Ryugin” where he served as Chef. Taking advantage of this achievement, he distributed “Chinese cuisine in Japan” to the world through seasonal Japanese ingredients along with Chinese cuisine techniques and charcoal grilling skills.
