Located in Gaienmae, Tokyo, leading by Chef Hiroyasu Kawate, the morden French restaurant “Florilege”. “Florilege”is a Michelin 2-star restaurant which also in the selection of “Asia's 50 Best Restaurants”. Chef Kawate got his experiences in Tokyo’s most famous restaurants such as “Le Bourguignon”(Michelin 1 star) in Roppongi and “Quintessence” (Michelin 3 stars) in Gotenyama, becoming one of the world most famous chef with his own impaction in this field.

Only Chef Recommend Lunch/Dinner Course is provided here. “Transcend the genre now-existing, combining various kinds of skills”, focusing on Japanese producer and ingredients, “Florilege” offering various purified dishes. Under the theme “sustainability”, the Carpaccio made from given-birth cow is a settled dish on the menu. Wine, along with many kinds of alcohol pairing and non-alcohol pairing would be suggested for you to choose, favorited by our guests in and out of Japan. This restaurant contains the mind of “experience happiness through dinning in this restaurant” of Chef Kawate.

Reception and waiting space would show up if you go down following the stairs leads underground. The open kitchen "Gastronomic counter seats" audacious directly presenting the whole process of Chef Kawate. Come and experience this special space for dating, or casual dining for business.     すべてのお料理のサービスにとても満足できました。また初めての来店で、子供の好き嫌いを伝え忘れたにも関わらず、すぐにスタッフの方々が対応して頂いて、とても感謝しています。アルコールも頂けない方に対しても、美味しいノンアルコールをサービスしていただき満足しています。また機会があれば、ぜひ行きたいと存じます。

    リピーターですが、フロリレージュは何回伺っても毎回こちらの 予想を大きく上回る料理・ドリンクを提供してくれます。 アミューズからデザートまでの一貫性のあるテーマを感じるコースはもとより、 ペアリングで提供いただくノンアルコールドリンク群もどれも斬新さとサプライズに 満ちたもので、毎回飽きません。 それらに加えてフレンドリーで気さくに料理に関することに何でも答えてくれるスタッフの 方のおもてなし、また、店内の雰囲気も素晴らしく、カッチリしすぎず、カジュラルすぎでもない 丁度良い空間設計がされており素敵な時間を過ごせます。 これからも定期的に足を運びたいお気に入りの店です。
