"Restaurant Lyla" is a French restaurant located on the corner of a quiet residential street in Akasaka. "Lyla" is a portmanteau of two French words, meaning "poetic" and "laboratory" respectively. As the restaurant is in a slightly obscure location about 10 minutes on foot from either Nogizaka Station and Akasaka Station on the Chiyoda Line, or Aoyama-itchome Station on the Ginza, Hanzomon, or Oedo Lines, a taxi bounded for Lyla is recommended. The interior is simple but staid, basically white in color. The lighting creates a moody atmosphere.
With using ingredients that can be stocked that very day, and rare ingredients delivered directly from origins, sophisticated and delicate dishes created with unusual combinations of ingredients. Your dishes will be the only one that cannot be reappeared. It's an exceptional experience to savor a meal specially prepared for you. Among the other delights here, wines and champagnes are beautifully paired with the special dishes.
This restaurant is a great place to spend time with your special one, while enjoying the extraordinary, spacious dining room space. For anniversary dates, a Lyla signature cake or a message plate is a must-order.
