A French restaurant located just a few minutes' walk from the Gaienmae Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, along the Gaien-Nishidori in Minami-Aoyama. The restaurant’s relaxing interior features a contrast of black and white, giving it a sense of extraordinary.
After training in France, the restaurant's owner chef, Mr. Tani, worked as sous-chef at the long lasting French "Restaurant ALADDIN" located in Ebisu. Following this, he became an independent chef. Based on the concept of "Having a valuable time", Chef Tani focuses on traditional cooking methods and local French cuisine to draw out the characteristic found in seasonal ingredients. The dishes are served with the simplest decoration, preventing them from losing temperature and tastiness. This restaurant is characterized by honest and straightforward food without any unnecessary component.
The restaurant offers over 250 labels of wine, composed of a wide selection of wines from France and also from some unusual regions. Madame Tani welcomes her guests with great warmth and hospitality, adding a certain flourish to the whole experience. A perfect restaurant for spending a special time with those important people, for anniversary dates, business lunch and more.
