The name of this Japanese soba restaurant means "greater than expected" in Japanese. It is located in a quiet back alley just a five-minute walk away from Higashi-ginza station.
Soba Sasuga offers 100% buckwheat soba using no fillers. The soba is made extra thin, with a rich fragrance and smoothness. Their specialty dish is "chilled kake soba," which is soba with a special homemade sauce poured over.
Since the restaurant is open until late, you can stop by after enjoying Rakugo or Kabuki performances nearby. Table seats and counter seats, as well as private rooms are available.
*Please kindly note that all course include Soba(buckwheat noodles). We are sorry while if any of the guest could not take Soba, we may not able to serve.
