A well-established Japanese restaurant awarded 3-star continuously, “Kanda”, owned by Chef Hiroyuki Kanda, is a restaurant which dedicates in the concept of “attention to wherever you would see, touch, or feel”. A rare place that you could enjoy dishes and drinks as well as mentally and physically harmonizing.
Chef Kanda, as the firstborn son in a Japanese restaurant in Tokushima, got his professional experience in Japanese restaurant located in Paris. After coming back to Japan, he trained over 13 years in Japanese restaurant “Aoyagi”, and finally opened this “Kanda” in 2004. To satisfied various guests, there is no written down menu in this restaurant. By carefully selecting seasonal ingredients, “Kanda” is catering every guest’s perforation.
Providing live-style 8 counter seats, and private room (max 8 person) where you can bring children together or smoke. For the convenience of foreigner guests coming far away, they also offer English service. Being popular among all the visitors inside or outside Japan, Kanda is a live-style Japanese restaurant full of the feeling of the season.
