The chef Mr. Muroi has experience working in famous restaurant around Ginza for many years. To obtain the best mushrooms, in addition of contract directly with farmers and purches the highest level of Tsukiji market, he collects by himself. From June to November, he goes to the mountain every week looking for mushrooms.Night of Friday he start his travel, and enter the mountain on Saturday morning, searching for the best fresh mushrooms offer to the guests on Sunday. Driving more than 700km,looking for best mushrooms around Fukushima Aizu, Nasu, Mount Fuji, Yatsugatake, Sugadaira, Nozawa Onsen, all place he can reach.Now over 140 kinds of mushrooms have been offered here, the lover of mushrooms coming every year to our ""Kappo Muroi"".
Not only mushrooms, we are offering varies kinds of courses for our guests to enjoy. Our couse is without Menu. We providing different courses for our every visitor, making sure everyone having their best experience. And, at the ending of the course, Udon, mushroom pasta, and Onigiri hand-made by our chef, fish soup curry, and other more than 20 kinds of dishes are on your choice, and be freely to have as much as you want. Among our frequent visitors some of them are really enjoying this part.
There are counter seats suitable for dating and casual dining, also tables and private room with Charcoal brazier in a floor well (2~4 person, and 4~18 person size are available.
