With the love of Nature, a firewood grilling Italian,a Michelin one star awarded restaurant.

In spring of 2016, “TACUBO(タクボ)” moved and reopened in the quiet area in Daikanyama, Tokyo. After opened "Barca" in Hiroo, and "Aria di Tacubo" in Ebisu, a newborn Italian restaurant is opened by Chef Tacubo who is also starting a new stage. What Chef Tacubo trying to present is the “Nature”. Besides the courses, wine, dishes, even the decorations, are all presenting the strength and beauty of the nature, through the delicious and colorful of seasonal ingredients, showing his love towards for seasons.

The specification of TACUBO is its original “Tokachi Tacubo Beef”(from Hokkaido). Only the meat which wholly satisfied the ideal requirements of Chef Tacubo would be used here. Meat totally without fat is obviously too pale to taste, but the sirloin is also not a good choice since too fat. Which between them is the “Tokachi Tacubo Beef”. By constructing strong relationship with the producer, the best-balanced meat which could not be found at market is available only here. That’s the specific of TACUBO.

The firewood using to grill the meat here, burning in the kiln where is setting just in front of open kitchen, brings new life to the ingredients. Not gas or carb, but firewood, is chosen to give the well-balanced meat a crispy surface. Tasty would spread gently as your each bite. The simplified touch of ingredient bringing out the best original taste, the truth of the meat would be best presented. “Listen carefully to understand the words of the original”, the newborn TACUBO, strike the heart to the visitor, and remaining them with an unforgettable memory.

Counter seats with energetic uplifting feeling, and the private room(for 4 to 6 persons) with one glass wall and view of seasonal plants, are available for your choice.
