Italian restaurant specializing in Tuscan cuisine, run by a chef who trained for five years in the Tuscany region, which includes Florence in central Italy, and has served as chef de cuisine at a number of restaurants in Japan.
He has served unique Tuscan cuisine by combining traditional Tuscan cooking methods with domestic seasonal ingredients. Specialties include trippa, a stew of beef entrails, peach, a firm, fresh pasta dish, and bistecca, a beefsteak.
The restaurant also offers a selection of about 200 wines, mostly from Tuscany, allowing diners to freely choose the wine that goes best with their meal. The restaurant is available for casual dining.
