This is a sushi restaurant that places a memorable emphasis on vegetables

This is a sushi restaurant a three-minute walk from Shinbashi Station, and within walking distance of Ginza, that places a memorable emphasis on vegetables.

Although fish play the lead role here, the restaurant also has set menus that incorporate plenty of vegetables - a rarity in a sushi restaurant. Vegetables in place of fish in some dishes gives the food excellent nutritional balance. Fish here are purchased directly from the Tsukiji Market, the Hokuriku Region, and Nagasaki. Vegetables are sourced from Kyoto and Kaga (the southern part of Ishikawa Prefecture), among other regions.

The restaurant's interior is reminiscent of twinkling stars, and not only it offers nine counter seats, but there are also two private rooms of up to six seats available. Perfect for receptions or business meetings.
