The chef and the owner of「Table d‘ Hôte」was trained in Japan and France. The full open kitchen makes you feel like the chef is cooking original french dishes next to you.
The ingredients are brought directly from the producers at the owner’s hometown, Tokushima prefecture. You can enjoy the freshest and safest ingredients.The restaurant provides various wine that pairs well with the dishes, such as Burgundy wine and Japanese sake from Tokushima prefecture. Table d‘ Hôte is the place wherevu can enjoy the best marriage of wine and cuisine by the owner who used to work as the sommelier in Hiramatsu for 20 years.
The name “Mon star” means “my star” in French. You not only can enjoy the fresh ingredients and wine, but also the wonderful atmosphere where you can share with your friends.
