A bistro where you can enjoy the aroma and warmth

This bistro is located only a short walk from Ginza, in Shintomicho, and guests can always enjoy the “aroma” and “warmth” here and spend the happy moments.

After gaining experience while training under master French chef Yutaka Ishinabe, owner chef Yuji Kikuchi diligently applied himself while working at a world gourmet guide awarded restaurant in France before opening Simba. Despite having trained at various kinds of French restaurants, Kikuchi daringly chose “aroma, warmth, and simplicity” as the concept for his casual-style bistro.

He serves cuisine that is brimming with aroma at his brightly styled restaurant interior and one dish that is especially recommended is the “Croustillant boudin noir special”, the standard of French cuisine, sausages. They are served to the guest right at the best timing, so the aroma is set-off freely, allowing the guests to enjoy it. And of course, their wine parings are exceptional.

The bistro is always bustling not only with local residents, but also with other chefs who like to stop by after their work.

You will find both close friends and business guests along the counter and at the tables. This atmosphere tends to closen the distance between people. Why not come and experience this warm atmosphere?
