Located near the MacArthur Road within the Shinbashi area, this restaurant has been featured in a great variety of media straight after its launch.The simple restaurant interior features wood grain tables and is located underground, while managing to provide a relaxed atmosphere with a great sense of space.
The owner, Mr. Eiichi Yamada, has an extensive career as a serviceman with experience working in famous French restaurants in Tokyo such as FEU and EdiTioN Koji Shimomura, and Chef Junichi Kato has built his career by training at restaurants such as L'Astrance in Paris and AOC in Copenhagen.Together they run a Nordic-French restaurant that is currently making great waves. The restaurant provides two types of lunches, and for dinner they offer only one chef's recommendation menu. Every single dish is almost like a work of art that showcases the chef's careful craftsmanship, also featuring a perfect balance between the ingredients and sauces, served in ideal portion sizes. We particularly recommend trying out the fermented mushrooms.At this restaurant, guests can feel at ease and relax, whether as a place to catch up with friends, for special dates, or for business entertainment.

The name comes from the "bellystone" of the story, which means that the world is peaceful and happy by striking a belly with fullness.
The chef's dishes feature unique cuisine that MIX Japanese, French, Spanish, Scandinavian.
