"Asada Akasaka" has its roots in a Kaga restaurant established in 1659. While still in Tokyo, you can enjoy full-fledged Kaga cuisine, and it is popular with the wealthy business people of Tokyo as well. It has a variety of private rooms, such as the sunken kotatsu room for up to 26 people, and it can meet your needs for entertaining guests or for business meetings. The atmosphere is appropriate for your most important events. Maximum occupancy is 80 people.

At "Asada Akasaka," ingredients are sent directly from Kanazawa. Mountain vegetables which are the natural bounty of the Hakusan mountain, fresh seafood such as crabs and shrimp that come from the rough surf of the Sea of ​​Japan, Kaga vegetables which feature their own unique flavors further with its own taste, all of these ingredients and a careful attention to Kanazawa food allows them to reproduce the authentic flavor.

A specialty of this restaurant is a staple of Kaga cuisine, the Jibu-ni stew. Duck meat and special Kanazawa thickened bran cakes are stewed to a smooth texture, and with a bit of wasabi, the bliss of each bite will have foodies instinctively purring in pleasure. In addition, many of the masterpieces of Kaga cuisine are also provided for your enjoyment in the sumptuous course menu, and the pairing with Kaga sake can not be overlooked either.
