A room located in an apartment complex in the Daikanyama area of Shibuya, ""Daikanyama Ringraziare Koji Morita"" is a private Italian restaurant known to those in known. Chef and owner Koji Morita had worked as a chef at an Italian restaurant with world gourmet guide award as well as such locations as Osteria da Babbo (Shinsen) and Ristorante Da Babbo (Ebisu), and opened ""Daikanyama Ringraziare Koji Morita"" in the summer of 2015 in order to ""deliver truly delicious Italian cuisine to guests in an out-of-the-ordinary space"".

Upon opening the apartment's door, guests are greeted with an area evoking the horizon of the Adriatic sea. The low lighting creates a fantastic atmosphere and promises a remarkable dining experience. In the counter-style dining room, perfect for special dates or incognito dining, guests are greeted in a relaxed manner and enjoy impeccably-prepared cuisine. Private rooms available for VIP guests too. 

Chef Morita's specialty is his ""Handmade Tagliolini with Italian Truffles."" This exquisite dish featuring a lavish amount of grated truffle sufficient to hide the handmade Tagliolini pasta underneath, is a full-body experience that stealing one's heart instantly with the fragrance of the truffles and the flavor of the pasta. As many guests come for, Morita's specialty is an absolute must-try. With touches such as tables set with both silverware and chopsticks and its dishes presented as works of art on unique plates, this must-visit private restaurant gives guests a direct taste of Chef Morita's style. The pairing course with rare ""KENZO ESTATE"" wine from California is recommended. You can enjoy wine such as ""yui"", ""asatsuyu"", ""muku"" and ""asuka"", with the world view of the winery.

    和のテイストが感じられる素晴らしいイタリアン料理を堪能しました。又、食材についても、しっかりしたものを選ばれており、特に36ヶ月の生ハムが柔らかくジューシーなのには驚かされました。食事に合わせて供されるお勧めのワインも素晴らしいもので、ついグラスが進んでしまいます。 中々見つけにくい場所にありますが、扉を開けた瞬間に別世界が広がり、自分たちのためだけにシェフが料理を手際よく出してくれて、まるでプライベートシェフによる晩餐のような錯覚を覚えました。 是非再訪するつもりです。

    It is a shockingly beautiful restaurant, the foods are also beautifully presented and the tastes are equally beautiful. We are very much looking forward to coming back to visit the restaurant again on our next year Tokyo visit. It is a must return restaurant for us. Thank you very Chef Morita-san.
