A new French restaurant that pursues the essence of deliciousness for the mature diners of Azabu-Juban.

ALLIÉ, a newly-opened French restaurant, made its debut in February 2016 in Azabu-Juban, which is popular with adult diners. With manager and sommelier Kenichiro Sasakura, chef Tadashi Harashima who became independent from Omotesando's L'EMBELLIR serve French with a warm message, "thanks to everyone who has supported us".

Possessed of a fugu preparation license issued by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, Chef Harashima is equipped with fine techniques to cope with special Japanese ingredients. ALLIÉ's chef's choice course uses seasonal Japanese ingredients to express the transitions between the four seasons. The incredible "Japanese pufferfish Fritter" is a dish that you cannot miss, with Ariake seaweed sauce and citrus, guests will be suprised by the superb balance between the texture and flavor. To achieve the best marriage of wine and food, Manager Sasakura exercises his experience of serving as sommelier and headwaiter at a number of starred restaurants, including "Beige Alain Ducasse" and "Dominique Bouchet, choosing excellent parings from French wines and sometimes Japanese sakes to accent the delicious "essential flavors" of Chef Harashima's exquisite cuisine.

With a calmly lighting that relaxs the guests, dining room consist of both table seating and private dining for parties up to four, the venue is perfect for enjoying a relaxing time with the important people in your life, from memorial day's celebration to casual business meal. The counter seats offer guests the opportunity to enjoy a wine bar experience, even during late hours, and the atmosphere promises just the thing to cater to adult diners.
