In February 2015, a new sushi restaurant opened in Shibuya, an area with only a few sushi restaurants, creating a perfect place to many sushi lovers. Sushi Restaurant Kurosaki is located at the top of Miyamasuzaka, slightly away from the hustle and bustle of Shibuya, an area that is home to many different types of restaurants. Its black chic exterior stands in great contrast with the interior counter made of pure plain wood, providing a great sense of presence that is highly appropriate for a well-known establishment with a highly skilled chef standing behind it.
The restaurant's master, Kazuki Kurosaki, is a young and skilled, up-and-coming chef who decided to go solo after gaining experience in well-established restaurants in Asakusa, as well as famous sushi restaurants in Setagaya. The restaurant serves the chef's recommendation course meal, offering a combination of traditional Tokyo-style sushi, and a great selection of diligently prepared dishes. These dishes are carefully prepared using delicious Japanese-style stock, creating the perfect accompaniment for Chef Kurosaki's rare selection of Japanese sake, providing almost eternal happiness for Japanese sake lovers.
The counter located right in front of Master Kurosaki offers only 9 seats. The private room at the back of the restaurant offers space for 4 to 6 guests, with a similar counter-style seats —a perfect private space for families to relax. This sushi restaurant is perfect for private dinners or sushi dates. We highly recommend booking ahead to guarantee your seats at Kurosaki, a restaurant in Shibuya that you will definitely want to visit for many years to come.
