In the business district of Osaka, there is an innovative restaurant 'Fujiya 1935' which has a different atmosphere from those around it. When you open the door, you will be drawn from the hustle and bustle of the city into the space where you can feel the peace of nature. Owner-chef Tetsuya Fujiwara was born to a family of four generations of chefs. After working at a hotel, he moved to Europe at the age of 24, gaining experience in starred restaurants in Italy and Spain "L'Esguard." After he returned to Japan in 2003, he took over the restaurant from previous generation and opened "Fujiya 1935."

As the cuisine and cooking techniques change day by day, what has not changed consistently is the desire to create "food that will remain as good memories" by using seasonal ingredients. Chef Fujiwara says that "it's when our brains aggregate the tastes we get from our tongues that we will feel delicious. I want to create dishes that stimulate the brain by appealing to the five senses not only by the taste but also by the colors and arrangement, and by evoking knowledge and experience." based on the belief that "tastes come from brain," which he inherited from his mentor Romera from L'Esguard. By sublimating his own knowledge and experience, and by facing and expressing the food, he continues to convey his unique innovative cuisine to the guests. It has received two stars in the world gourmet guide, and its ability is recognized not only in Japan but also in the world.

Take a short rest at the waiting space on the first floor and then you can walk upstairs to where the main dining area and private room are located. Please enjoy original cuisine and world-class services, which can only be enjoyed at "Fujiya 1935" at the stylish and elegant space.     雖然一早從東京搭新幹線專程去大阪吃Fujiya ,可是我覺得非常值得。雖然沒有華麗的裝潢,但是食物非常的美味、而且主廚有許多創新的手法。下次會再度光臨的
