Chef Somura has abundant overseas experiences such as the European long-distance night train "Orient Express" and the Japanese Embassy in Belgium. It is an original cuisine that skillfully used spices and herbs to attract guests both in Japan and abroad. Gibier cuisine is prepared specially for different seasons.

There is a private room for dining. Vegetarian menu is available (needed to be informed in advance). In addition, the staff speaks English and French ,no worry for overseas guest. After dining, you can enjoy cafe at the lounge if you move the seat to Orient Express area. The seat is also suitable for celebrating anniversary or an important date.
