While restaurant was bit difficult to find us being foreigners and unable to read Japanese we eventually located it diagonally oppsite Hotel Monterey. Service was 1st class with lady owner serving washing and chatting in english. Variety of local dishes and presentation were very good paired with many varieties of sake to choose from. Yes we would recommend esp if diner likes sake. Book ahead for counter seats.
