Daigo, a famous vegetarian restaurant provides Shojin cuisine(Japanese style vegetarian food) . Founded in 1950, it has specialized in vegetables and tofu dishes, impressed customers' minds and bodies.

Fresh green in Spring, autumn leaves in Fall, this 2 starred restaurant makes you feel the real beauty of the season in the natural space with garden. Owing by this, you could put all the hustle and bustle of a city behind and enjoy the meal comfortably, even in Ginza and Roppongi area, the city center of Tokyo.

The cuisine provided by Yusuke Nomura chef, he understands the ingredients deeply and makes maximum use of the gifts from the land. In a rapidly changing society, the chefs would like to make every guest feel the enjoyment, importance and dainties throughout vegetarian cuisines. The menu is changed every 3 weeks, with his astute ability, you could taste the long history of Japanese vegetarian cuisine and enjoy the difference of each season.

Being popular among vegetarian, some of the Shojin restaurants use dash of dried‐bonito or egg. While Daigo could provide the food without any animal products if booked in advance. Even foreign celebrity visits here for vegan diet.

Furthermore, the rooms of Daigo are all private rooms. There is a large private room accommodates a maximum of 58 people and a private tea room. Can be used for any occasions or a tea ceremony.
