In this bare concrete decorated restaurant, the oven kitchen is grounded by counter seats, Chef Takayuki Fukushima is showing his expertise cooking steak. With Recommend Courses only, which are mainly meat and vegetable, are creatively and without genre. “Omi beef raw meat tartaru” and the special aged meats are Fukushima’s cannot-miss. Shrimps, which you can only enjoy in special periods each year, ducks and deer meat, are directly from experienced hunters, seasoned and roasted just well. The taste and mouthfeel are favorited by numerals meat-fans. And our signature dish, Salad with around 30 different kinds of vegetables, like it’s name “Garden”, is colorful and delicate with taste of the lively of natures.
