Chinese cuisine unique to Japan, a Chef having remarkable experience

In February 2017, a Chinese restaurant ""Sazenka"" opened in a corner of the high-level residential area around ​​Minami Azabu. The ""Best Hospitality"" and ""Best Cuisine"" new Chinese cuisine, are offered here by Japanese executive Chef Tomoya Kawada, and manager Ryoji Hayashi, expressed through Japanese spirit and ingredients.

After studying Chinese cuisine at Nishiazabu ""Azabu Changjiang"", and Japanese cuisine in ""RyuGin"" , Chef Tomoya participates in the launch of Taiwan ""Shoun RyuGin"" where he served as Chef. Taking advantage of this achievement, he distributed ""Chinese cuisine in Japan"" to the world through seasonal Japanese ingredients along with Chinese cuisine techniques and charcoal grilling skills. Such as special ""two kinds of baby pigeon"", using Ibaraki prefecture's asphyxiant pigeon, including legs cooked by traditional technique unique to Chinese cuisine, and breast cooked by modern charcoal fire, two kinds of tailoring in one dish to enjoy. Alcohol drinks matching with cooking include an alcohol pairing of wine, Japanese sake, Shaoxing wine and many other choices. From the Chef Tomoya's idea that ""customers who are not good at sake may also enjoy pairing with cuisine."" , Tea pairing is also available here. Chinese and Japanese tea with various temperature zones and providing method is all prepared.

The chic and luxurious main dining hall on the first floor, and two private rooms in both first and second floor, would be a good suggestion for lunch, dinner and dating. Children are welcomed to enjoy our service in private rooms, and Children's menus are also available as long as consulted us at the time of reservation. Service in four languages ​including ​Japanese, Chinese, English and French are all available here, which makes here the best choice welcoming overseas guests.
