Enjoy rare Matsusaka beef, a Japanese and French festival

Creative Japanese cuisine " Azabujuban YOSHI" in Tokyo / Azabu Juban. Refreshing the concept, it has been reborn as a rare restaurant where you can enjoy French Chef and Japanese bakery, feast of Japanese and Western cuisine.

To develop a novel course style that French cuisine and Japanese cuisine offered alternately, with a Japanese cuisine composition. Mr. Yuutarou Sakurai, as a French Chef, after experiencing such as MIKUNI’S GROUP and bistro "A la Plage" in Atami, served as a sous-chef at a restaurant in Paris, France. After returning home, he also served as the sous-chef in Ueno’s "CAUDALIE", where Mr. Haruo Takagi, a great veteran who has experienced many Japanese restaurants in over 40 years. Sushi, Tempura, Kaiseki cuisine, Soba, and Udon, a skilled chef who has experience and knowledge of all. You could enjoy creative cuisine, such as the finest Matsuzaka beef handled in special salt, only here in Tokyo. Along with the cuisine, 40 kinds of wines are always available, as well as perfect sake prepared to combine course here.

The theme here is "Hospitality in relaxing gastronomic space". The dining hall, where the modern and calm space was dramatized, is with counter made of plain wood in this spacey first floor, also private room with tables and Japanese cushions in the second floor for up to 14 people. You could use it in a wide range of situations, such as entertainment, dinner or dating, even private gatherings among friends. English menu and Vegetarian menu are available as long as inform us when you make your reservation. Children's menu can be prepared according to your request, also recommended for overseas guest hospitality and family use.
