Located in Kagurazaka, "Teppanyaki Iwakura" mainly serving Teppanyaki and Japanese cuisine. Among the world-wide cooking skill "Grilling", this restaurant is specially with the concept to promote Japanese representation cooking style "Teppanyaki", and offering you the best cuisine that not able to be cooked at home.
Head chef Hiroki Kimijima, after training at a starred ryotei in Kyoto and worked as a head chef at a ryotei in Tokyo, started working in "Teppanyaki Iwakura" from August 2019. "Today's Omakase Course" uses seasonal ingredients, develops a great variety of dishes including "appetizers, sashimi, soup-style appetizer, grilled dish, simmered dish, vinegared dish, teppanyaki of meat, seasonal Japanese pepper rice and dessert". Considering the balance of lean meat and fat, A3-grade Omi beef is purchased directly from the farm. Various flavoring items, such as wasabi, salt, and lemon pepper, can let you eat in fresh feeling even at the end of the course. "Sweet rice cake" in dessert is also excellent. Alcohol are carefully selected, to match Japanese cuisines and meat. Over 50 kinds of wine, mainly produced in France, are available always, as well as more than 20 kinds of sake.
Inside, there are a counter seats where you can enjoy the live feeling, watching changing of ingredients by the craftsman. Table seats are also available, where a modern and chic space is waiting for you. You can also choose Semi-private room (up to 10 people), separated by partitions. In addition to entertainment and dinner, here can be used widely according to situations, such as anniversary date or family use (children's menu is also available, please let us know at the time of reservation).
