An Edo-mae Sushi restaurant located in an unique white building opened near the Nishi-Azabu intersection in Tokyo. The signature vinegar rice uses a special "Nagai Sushi Tou Rice" from Kumamoto Prefecture that is only for Sushi Tou. It is a result from a careful discussion between the producer and Sushi Tou. This "hinohikari" rice is special because of the harvest timing and the unique rice polishing process. Two kinds of vinegar, rice vinegar and red vinegar, are used according to the taste of the seafood, to let you hear the story expressed through the balance of the whole. You can enjoy a selection of sake, which changes monthly, and their marriage with sushi.
There is only one counter, made from “Shiraki”(plain wood), in this sushi restaurant. A warm space with the feeling of connection with people. Not only for entertainment and dinner, but also for sushi dates with females, here would be a very good choice. English menu and English service also available, recommended for overseas guests.
