Japanese-Chinese cuisine that is created by a popular female chef, using Japanese thinking

Miyuki Igarashi is currently one of the most active female chefs in the restaurant industry and is attracting attention as a leader for new-age Chinese cuisine. One of such restaurants managed by her is "Chinese Dining Miyu Ginza".

Based on the idea that your daily diet is important for a healthy body, Chef Igarashi’s mottos include “using many vegetables”, “making good use of the ingredients' original flavors” and “creating cuisine which allows you to feel the change in seasons”. It is the cuisine that is made with a Japanese sense and is not limited to traditional Chinese cuisine like Guangdong, Szechuan, Shanghai, and Beijing etc. It is full of originality and features a delicate and light taste that is good for the body.

Specialties include the famous clam noodles which uses large clams from Chiba Prefecture, making the best use of the ingredient's flavor. The restaurant also offers new Chinese cuisine for the present day, such as gently steamed meat with vegetables bought from Chiba's Takei Farm, steamed thinly sliced wagyu beef with vegetables and spotted shrimp paste, the signature spotted shrimp pudding with shark fin with dressing made with boiled shark fin and yuba, as well as pirririn noodles, which combines tomatoes with black vinegar and chili oil. In addition to 4 course menus, there are also around 50 types of à la carte dishes for lunch and evening accompanied by 25 types of wine carefully chosen by the chef.

In the elegant interior, there are counter seats and table seats along with semi private room which holds up to 12 people, that is suitable for anniversaries and girls' date. Chinese Dining Miyu Ginza offers a variety of dishes, ranging from casual dishes like noodles and rice to a full course menu with sake.
