A prime location in Ginza 8-chome, Tokyo, close to GINZA SIX and Shimbashi Station, in an area filled with many restaurants, you will find Garden of four seasons where you can enjoy the four seasons of Japan with sight and taste. The restaurant was opened in December 2017. In 2020, the company invited the chef of its affiliated restaurant Noto Tarabochi to transform the restaurant into a new “garden”. The course consists of 8 dishes where you can enjoy the four seasons. Each dish comes in small portion, the menu changes every month so that you can enjoy the Japanese sense of the season and won't get bored.
The restaurant is particular about the ingredients, such as fresh organic vegetables picked in the morning and purchased directly from Takano Farm on the Noto Peninsula, fresh fish directly delivered from Hokkaido and Niigata, tuna in Oma and domestic Japanese beef, which are acquired through a special access that they have developed independently for a long time. In addition, with the ingenuity of experienced Japanese craftsmen, this restaurant is able to offer kaiseki cuisine at reasonable prices that are affordable and accessible.
As for sake, there are natural wine by the experienced sommelier selection as well as wine from various countries mainly in Europe, champagne and Japanese wine. As for Japanese sake, the pairing course which features Japanese sake from all over Japan and 47 prefectures carefully selected by J.S.A. Sake DIPLOMA (certification system specializing in sake) matches with the various dishes.
Food is not the only thing you can feel the changing seasons. You can see one of Japan's most gorgeous quality terrarium through the counter made of solid hinoki. You can enjoy the scenery of Japan visually while you are in the center of the city, the terrarium is made using seasonal plants such as rhododendrons, mulberry trees, summer goby, black mugwort and Himeshara. In the space of counter (8 seats), table (10 seats), and private room (4 to 8 seats), you can invite a special person to this extraordinary space on a special day, such as an anniversary date. In the middle of Tokyo, you will be able to fully utilize your sense of taste, sight and smell to fully appreciate the four seasons of Japan.
