Authentically French fun time with over 1,000 natural wine

"Cellar Fête," located a 4-minute walk from Meguro Station, was born as a sister of Nishi Azabu "Le Severo," which in 2016 became the local branch of "the most delicious steak restaurant in Paris". A restaurant where you can casually enjoy the world of authentic cuisine from France, where the chef spent 11 years honing his skills.

Chef Takeshi Saita started his career at "Taillevent Robuchon" in Ebisu. He went to France in 2004 and in the 14th arrondissement of Paris, he learned about cooking meat at "La Maison Courtine" and famous meat restaurants "Le Severo" and "Hugo Desnoyer". After returning from his studies in Paris and working as head chef at "Hugo Desnoyer Ebisu," he opened "Cellar Fête" in 2018. The name of the restaurant is a coined word that combines (wine) cellar and the French word fête (festival), and it conveys Mr. Saita's wish for his guests to enjoy the festival-like atmosphere that he experienced in French bistro culture.

The chef's selection menu 'Carte Blanche' course is composed of about 7 dishes made with tender red meat, as preferred by Japanese guests, seasonal fish purchased at Tsukiji Fish Market and vegetables. Recommended examples include Shamo Rock, a famous brand of chicken from Aomori or Le Severo's signature dish, steak tartare. Around 1,000 bottles of wine, mainly natural wine, are regularly available with a varied lineup of French, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, etc., and you can choose your favorite wine directly from the wine cellar. For wine lovers, this moment may be truly exciting, like a festival.

The spacious restaurant interior, with its characteristic large windows, has 6 seats at the counter, table seating for 22, and a private room for up to 10 people. The orange-colored walls and furniture produce a sense of warmth. If you visit with close friends, colleagues, and family, you are sure to have an exciting and pleasant time as part of your everyday life.
