Yakiniku restaurant “SATO Briand (main store)” is located on the 1st floor of a building near JR Asagaya Station in Tokyo. Yakiniku fans come all the way in search of the finest chateaubriand carefully selected by the owner Akihiro Sato.
Owner Sato went independent after training at a yakiniku restaurant in Tokyo for 10 years. Attracted by the unique tenderness, umami, and crispness of "Chateaubriand", which is one of the rarest parts of red meat, restaurant “SATO Briand (main store)” was opened in 2011 with a twist on its name, hoping that many customers would enjoy it. The restaurant has gained a good reputation for serving high quality beef in a casual manner, with its other branches, including “SATO Briand Nigo”, “SATO Briand Sango”, “SATOBRI DA” and “SATO Briand Hiruburi（Lunch）”, opening one after another, all of which are popular names in yakiniku.
Tenderloin is especially soft among other cuts of lean meat beef. Chateaubriand is the most premium part in the center. Although it is a rare cut, as it is only 3 ~ 5% of the whole cow, you can always enjoy the Chateaubriand at “SATO Briand”.
Skilled staff will take charge of grilling the meat, so there is no need to worry about how well it is done. During the course, you can enjoy the fillet parts, including the chateaubriand. The meat quality differs depending on the course, but all the courses include the popular dish "Fried beef cutlet sandwich", "Hire-Suki " and "Wagyu chateaubriand (with rice)". The main drink menu is wine, of which there are 15 kinds available from France, Italy, Argentina and Australia.
There are 3 tables for 6 people and 1 private room for 6 people. Enjoy high-quality yakiniku at “SATO Briand (Main store)”, with Sato-san, for various occasions such as dining or dating with family, friends, colleagues or yakiniku lovers.
