A masterpiece open kitchen restaurant with the concept of "serve immediately to ensure deliciousness"

“Yuina”, located on the 6th floor of a building in Ginza which is an area in Tokyo that attracts many people from around the world, has a spacious kitchen surrounded by counter seat. The best part is the "freshly made and hot" dish cooked in front of guests by the head chef Kazunori Kobayashi.

After studying at many famous restaurants, such as the Japanese restaurant “Kioimachi Fukudaya”, chef Kobayashi worked as the head chef at the membership resort hotel “Tokyo Bay Court Club” for 12 years and opened “Yuina” in November 2019. “Yuina” is named with the thinking of "I want to cherish the bonds between people". The restaurant is particular about the open-style kitchen that can be cooked in the closest place to the guest, saying that "I want to not only arrange the cuisine beautifully, but also to let the guest eat the finished dish as soon as possible, in the most delicious condition".

In addition to the Omakase course, the restaurant can accept requests regarding seasonal ingredients and food preferences. Bamboo shoots in spring, conger pike and abalone in summer, and "Specially Selected Tottori Matsuba Crab Itsuki Boshi" from Tottori, which is said to be the king of Matsuba crab in winter, can be prepared upon request at the time of reservation. There are about 30 kinds of sake, including seasonal sake from all over Japan and limited-edition sake. The restaurant also has a well-balanced selection of wine from France, Japan and other countries, including 10 kinds of champagne, 10 kinds of white wine and 10 kinds of red wine.

The U-shaped counter (13 seats), which is overflowing with a live feel, has a dynamic and open layout made of plain wood, and is recommended for dining with friends and colleagues. In addition, there is also a horigotatsu room (4 people), table seats, and a fully private room "Tsukina" (Up to 8 people) with an elegant interior inspired by Taketori Monogatari, which is recommended for anniversaries, special celebrations, business entertainment, and hospitality for overseas guests. In search of a pleasant time, please use “Yuina” for various occasions.

※ If you would like to reserve a special private room for 3 ~ 8 people, please click here.

※ You can use the private room as a meeting place before the meal if you reserve the special private room. Please contact Pocket Concierge directly.

The hairy crab course was one of the best dining experiences of my life. Thank you for the perfect meal and hospitality. I plan to reserve this course again for my parents when they visit Tokyo.
