Akasaka Misuji is a upscale yakiniku restaurant located 2 minutes on foot from Tokyo
Metro Akasaka-Mitsuke Station.
Opened in 2010 as a sister restaurant of the popular Yoroniku in Minami Aoyama, the restaurant is owned by Tomoaki Handa, who studied at Yakiniku Jumbo Shinozaki restaurant before opening Yoroniku in 2007, and later Akasaka Misuji in 2010.
In contrast to the set meals at Yoroniku, Misuji offers a more relaxed à la carte of first-rate lean meat sourced from the owner’s own network, with diners able to choose their desired cuts of beef, in the preferred quantities. The restaurant’s speciality is the eponymous top blade, carefully cut to a calculated thickness. Additionally, the standard menu at Yoroniku is also offered, with dishes such as hand-stretched somen noodles and silk roast, bite-sized rice balls wrapped with lightly grilled meat.
With the ability to accommodate up to 38 guests, including 6 counter seats and luxury semi-private suites for 4 diners, Misuji makes for a sophisticated and high quality dining experience, perfect for entertainment and celebrating with colleagues, friends, family, and dates.
