Yukke is the specialty. This is a dish combining the special Tajima beef "Tajima Guro ", which is shipped only a few per month and has a low melting point of fat, and Hokkaido's precious brand "Hadate sea urchin", which are used in many famous sushi restaurants. In addition, the amount of caviar used in the course is surprising, and the guest will be pleased not only by the taste but also by the visual impact.
