5-minute walk from Tokyo Metro Roppongi Station, in Nishiazabu, where people gather at night, if you follow a street you can go into a quiet area. When you open the stately wooden door of “Yakiniku X” in the basement of the apartment building, a bar-like spotlight shines on the table, raising expectations for the upcoming dining experience.

The interior has a modern and luxurious atmosphere based around the color black. Only private rooms are availalbe, consisting of 2 people, 2 rooms for 4 people, and 6 people. Each room has a dedicated staff to grill the meat, who promises the best preparation for the best meat. The chef is Ryo Kawasaki, who was a chef at "Ogasawara Hakushaku-tei " and steakhouse "BLT STEAK". The meat is selected by the well-known meat meister, Shintaro Tanabe.

Courses are omakase course. Aiming for the ultimate yakiniku, the quality of meat, sauce, and cooking methods have all been reconsidered.

The meat is basically Tajima Guro, Toman Beef and Matsuzaka Beef. Each room is equipped with both roasters and iron plates. If you want to cook it over high heat quickly over an open flame, use a roaster, and if you want to cook it over a short period of time, use an iron plate. For example, "Beef abomasum and Kujo green onions" is a steam-grilled dish with a large serving of Kujo green onions while grilling the beef abomasum, and it is cooked on an iron plate with a delicate heat control. Yukke is the specialty. This is a dish combining the special Tajima beef "Tajima Guro ", which is shipped only a few per month and has a low melting point of fat, and Hokkaido's precious brand "Hadate sea urchin", which are used in many famous sushi restaurants. In addition, the amount of caviar used in the course is surprising, and the guest will be pleased not only by the taste but also by the visual impact.

As for drinks, there are always 500 kinds of wine mainly from France (Bourgogne Bordeaux), as well as vintage whisky and shochu directly from Miyazaki. Pairing is also available. This restaurant is recommended for a variety of situations, such as dining, entertaining and dating with people who enjoy delicious food. English service and English menu are also available.
