Yakiniku Ushigoro Ginza is found in an enviable location, just a one-minute walk from Ginza-itchome Station.

A chic, black sign with the restaurant’s distinctive white cattle logo is a beacon to the restaurant. Stepping inside, guests are welcomed into a dimly lit entrance foyer with a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere rarely found at BBQ restaurants. Since opening in 2014, this second location of Yakiniku Ushigoro, which features only A5-grade Japanese Kuroge Wagyu beef, has built up a loyal clientele.

Yakiniku Ushigoro is particular about meat, obtaining the cream of the crop from the highest A5-grade Japanese Kuroge Wagyu beef. Its trusted relationships with intermediate buyers were built through close communication, allowing the restaurant to offer various kinds of rare and coveted cuts of beef, renowned for being lusciously fatty, beautifully marbled, and subtly flavored. Cuts of beef that require special cooking techniques are prepared by staff, and simpler cuts are grilled by guests on the table with assistance from staff, allowing each diner to proceed at their own pace. The most popular dish at the Ginza branch is thick-sliced Japanese Kuroge Wagyu beef tongue, a dish is limited to one order per customer. Japanese Wagyu beef tongue is quite rare, with a beautiful flavor and aroma.

The wine list includes 9 whites and 25 reds as well as specially selected wines that change each month. A resident sommelier is on hand to help guests choose wine pairings to enjoy with their premium beef. The drinks menu also offers a wide selection of sake, shochu spirits, fruit wines, and makkoli to meet the demands of individual customers.

The dining room interior is minimal and sophisticated with clean lines. Meanwhile, luxury marble tables are arranged so that customers can enjoy their food in a private atmosphere without interruption. There are 74 table seats, including three private rooms (two rooms seating up to 6 guests each, and one seating up to 8 guests) on the second floor.
