XEX WEST, a sophisticated restaurant for socializing, is perched on the seventh floor of Herbis Ent, a commercial complex directly connected to Osaka Station. The restaurant reopened after a renovation in January 2014, with a luxurious space of some 1,300 square meters, including an open terrace with breathtaking views of Osaka’s cityscape and three loosely connected sections that respectively offer Italian cuisine, Japanese cuisine, and bar fare.
At Salvatore Cuomo Bros, Italian cuisine is presented by the world-renowned Salvatore Cuomo Group, offering authentic Neapolitan pizzas as well as premium steaks cooked in a Josper charcoal oven. This chic Italian restaurant also has a prosciutto cellar, a champagne cellar, and a chocolate shop renowned as the only place to sell the acclaimed Le Chocolat de H, crafted by pastry chef Hironobu Tsujiguchi in the Kansai Region. In the Japanese section, aburiyaki & sushi An offers traditional Japanese dishes and Edomae sushi featuring seasonal ingredients. In addition to beloved styles like sukiyaki and shabushabu, the restaurant also offers an à la carte menu with a wide range of dishes, including tempura.
The third section, The Bar, is spacious, with approximately 140 indoor and outdoor terrace seats and live performances by international musical acts. The drinks menu offers a wide selection of tipples, including 200 wines, cognacs, whiskies, and precious Japanese sake.
The interior features distinct designs for each of the three sections. The Italian section offers 110 seats, all at tables; the Japanese section has 12 seats at the counter and 14 table seats; and the bar section offers 140 seats (including 40 outdoor terrace seats).
Guests are invited to enjoy authentic dishes prepared by talented chefs and excellent hospitality by attentive staff, and to enjoy an extraordinary, romantic experience in stylish settings at XEX WEST while dining with a partner or friends.
