A 1-minute walk from Ginza Station in Tokyo brings guests to BLT STEAK GINZA. Perched on the eighth floor of a building on Namiki-dori Street, a thoroughfare lined with renowned restaurants, this steakhouse was opened in 2014 as the second Japanese location of global restaurant group BLT STEAK, which was originally founded in New York in 2014.
The restaurant’s signature dishes include steaks featuring USDA Prime Grade beef (the highest rating given by the United States Department of Agriculture). The beef is dry aged to enhance its flavor and grilled quickly at a high temperature of 925°C (1700°F) in a specially made oven until perfectly charred on the outside, and juicy and tender on the inside. Among these steaks, the most popular options are the prime dry aged T-bone steak, combining filet mignon and sirloin, and a prime dry aged Tomahawk steak, featuring the coveted bone-in ribeye. Also popular are popovers, American rolls (analogous to Yorkshire pudding) topped with Gruyere cheese and baked at high temperatures until golden and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfect with a touch of whipped butter or rock salt. In addition, an à la carte menu offers a variety of BLT’s signature dishes and seasonal flavors.
The drinks menu offers a wide selection of wines and cocktails as well as food and wine pairings, while the non-alcoholic drink selection includes homemade ginger ale and organic orange juice from Muchachaen in Ehime Prefecture. There are also special multiple-course menus for holidays, such as Thanksgiving and Christmas.
The chic interior channels modernity with white and brown tones, while the spacious main dining room offers 95 seats. In addition, there is a bar area as well as two private rooms seating up to six guests each. Guests are invited to enjoy dry-aged prime steak with family, partner, or business clients at BLT STEAK GINZA, beloved around the world for its delicious dishes and quality service.
