ZURRIOLA is a world gourmet guide awarded modern Spanish restaurant located near Ginza station.
Owner chef Seiichi Honda has trained at a world gourmet guide awarded restaurant in France, as well as world gourmet guide awarded restaurants in Geneva and France's Basque region. After a total of over nine years overseas, he returned to Japan and worked at the internationally famous Japanese cuisine restaurant RyuGin in Roppongi and was sous chef at Spanish restaurant Sant Pau in Nihonbashi. To this day, ZURRIOLA's Spanish cuisine is enhanced by Chef Honda's professional experience in Japanese cuisine.
The specialty dish is smooth foie gras with the aroma of Pedro Ximénez, provided to every guest visiting ZURRIOLA. The flavor and texture of this dish cannot be found in any other restaurant.
