Restaurant Ryuzu is a Michelin two-starred French restaurant located just a five-minute walk away from Roppongi station. Owner chef Ryuta Iizuka served his apprenticeship both in Japan and overseas, and was also the head chef at Michelin two-starred L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon in Tokyo. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes that maximize the flavors of seasonal ingredients. One of Ryuzu's popular dishes is the Yairo Shiitake Mushroom Tart. The warm vegetables are served with abalone that is carefully cooked right before it is served.

The restaurant has both counter seats and private rooms, which makes it ideal for all kinds of occasions.

Dear Chef Ryuzu, It is one of the best meal I have in Tokyo, the choice of ingredients for each dish is matching perfectly. The fish is the best with the crispy bone and liver paste match perfectly with the fish. The services is attentive but not intrusive. Overall, a perfect choice of taste. I definitely will recommend to other, which I already did. Anyway, many thanks for the great dinner. Frankie

フランス料理の基本の上に、現代の東京、そしてシェフの出身地、新潟の要素がバランス良く組み合わされて、素晴らしい時間を過ごせました。当日は猛暑で、食事の前は体調が今ひとつでしたが、食べるうちにみるみる元気を取り戻しました。グラスワインを白、赤、半分ずつにして出してもらったのも、昼食としてはちょうどいいサービスでした。おかげで午後も元気に動き回れました。

少し遅れて行ったのですが、急いで息を切らしている様子を見て、一呼吸置いてからサーブするなどきめ細やかなサービスでした。魚はふっくらして、ビーツとほうれん草の色の対比が春を感じさせるものでした。 サプライズのバースデープレートも感激いたしました。妻も非常に喜んでいたようです。 また、ぜひお伺いしようと思います。

日本のフランス料理店としては、水準以上だと思います。 食材も良かったですし、味も美味しかったです。 サービスも良かったです。 不満ではありませんが、、 コースのデザートが、アヴァン・デセールもあって、工夫されている割りには 質的にも量的にも、ちょっと物足りない感じがしました。 ひょっとしたら、専門のパティシエがいないのかもしれません。 でも、これは、不満や文句ではありません。比較の問題です。
