French cuisine combine essence with modern, Michelin 1-star restaurant and a graceful time

Restaurant FEU, located near Nogizaka, Tokyo, is a French restaurant opened in 1980. At that time, French cuisine is something that mainly be enjoyed only in hotels. With the concept of " build a restaurant that you can enjoy more easily, feel free to enjoy French", this restaurant was built. It continues to provide French cuisines, which are always keeps close to their era, and becoming a well-established old one that has brought out many famous Chefs.

Mr. Hiroyuki Matsumoto, current 7th generation chef, has been training for 6 years at the French Michelin three star "La Côte d'Or", and Michelin two stars "Albert Premier". In 2006 the "Restaurant FEU" he is appointed as a chef, and since that he gains Micheline 1-star for this restaurant each year with his professional skill. Aspiring to create "a dish that imparts happiness and impression to people", he brought out modern and light seasonal dishes, based on the essence of French cuisine. Hors d'oeuvre “foie gras dish” is something you won’t like to miss. Together with about 600 kinds of French wines, you could feel the essence of French cuisine combining with modern idea. The inside of the restaurant is an elegant space. Mainly decorated in red will bring you a luxurious feel, suitable for anniversaries such as entertainment, dinner and dating.

At lunch time, sunlight would fill the whole dinning space, from the large glass window. And at dinner time, you can see the night view of Tokyo where the light shines. Services in English and French are possible, also vegetarian menu is available, a great choice to welcome overseas guests.
