Fresh Setouchi sea bream offered in a variety of different dishes

This is a popular Japanese restaurant stars-rated in a famous gourmet guidebook. Popular and much-loved by regulars, the restaurant, which is located on Showa-dori in Ginza, has been opening for over 25 years.

Dishes comprise of carefully-selected fresh, natural ingredients all around Japan and allow the diner to savor the taste of the individual ingredients. Among the ingredients used, Setouchi sea bream and other small fish flown in fresh from the Mitsuhama fishing port in Ehime are particularly popular.

The restaurant with a simple and clean interior comprised of both a counter and raised-tatami floored seating in private rooms. It can also be used for entertaining important guests and for meals together with others.

半個室を利用いたしました。 料理は量もちょうどよく、非常に満足いたしました。ただ途中の出すタイミング、後の鯛茶漬けの出しを注ぐタイミングなどはもう少し考えるともっと満足度は上がると思います。
