The restaurant uses seasonal vegetables and edible wild plants delivered directly from the owner's home in Nagano, because the owner strongly believes in the idea of "providing comfort through familiar flavors." Also, there is an assortment of seafood directly delivered from fisheries. This restaurant provides something unique: a place for customers to enjoy both the atmosphere and dishes of the season they visit in. We recommend the seasonal pot-rice. Using plenty of ingredients strictly selected by the owner, this carefully prepared dish is exquisitely heated to a boil to bring out the full flavor of the rice. We have prepared many seasonal brands of sake that taste excellent with our dishes.
