A Japanese bar where sake lovers can enjoy delicious sake from all over Japan

Kyobashi Moto is a legendary Japanese sake bar, move from Shinbashi to Kyobashi, located 10 minutes from the Yaesu Exit at Tokyo Station, and 10 minutes from the Ginza 4-chome Intersection — the most perfect place for Japanese sake lovers.

At this bar, run by the owner and Japanese sake master Suzuki and the head chef Ueno, guests are able to enjoy a perfect combination of rare Japanese sake and delicious dishes featuring seasonal ingredients. Previously known as Shinbashi Moto, the bar moved to its current location in June 2016, featuring an interior decorated in a relaxing and comfortable Japanese style. The galley of this new venue is twice as big as their previous location, so the food menu now incorporates a range of new charcoal-grilled dishes. The refrigerator for the Japanese sake also has also doubled the capacity, holding a much wider variety of sake, including those from small breweries, and breweries with special histories and concepts. There are two course menus designed as perfect accompaniments for Japanese sake, featuring dishes made with seasonal ingredients perfectly matched for the sake on offer.

The bar provides nine counter seats, as well as a single private room for six people — perfect for enjoying high quality Japanese sake, whether quietly on your own, or with friends at the counter or in a private room. Here you are sure to experience rare Japanese sake that you would be unlikely to sample at any other bar.
