Service available in English! A unique Japanese restaurant for lovers of drink makes its new debut in Ginza

A Japanese restaurant with 10 years of history in Azabudai celebrates its grand reopening in a bustling district just a few minutes' walk from Ginza Station. With a larger, more spacious interior as well as a remarkable selection of dishes and drinks, guests can enjoy chef's selected course made with carefully-selected ingredients and paired with spirits at a venue offering the sophisticated level of service visitors to Ginza have come to expect.

The owner, Mr. Sugimoto, has trained at restaurants such as Tempura Kappo and the Hotel New Otani's Japanese restaurant and has also served as head chef at venues including Akasaka's Japanese restaurant and at the Yokohama Hotel. Fully licensed in the preparation and serving of Fugu puffer fish, Chef Sugimoto works his magic with fresh ingredients from all over Japan. Carrying on the tradition of Japanese cuisine with ingredients such as the highest-grade Sendai Beef and seasonal vegetables, he also charm connoisseurs with unique and creative dishes. The veteran chef prepares refined, traditional Japanese cuisine that goes perfectly with a rich selection of alcohols, including all manner of Japanese sakes, Western wines and shochu liquors. The chef's selected courses are tailor-made as much as possible to each guest, and orders are gladly accommodated from hungry guests for additional (even small) portions of a wide variety of dishes to partner with the spirits, from clay-pot rice to handmade soba noobles.

With counter seating for eight as well as table seating in private rooms available, the venue offers plenty of spaces suitable for everything from entertaining guests to group outings. With menus and service available in English as well, the venue can confidently offer an excellent dining experience even for guests from overseas.

鱧しゃぶ。 熱の通り具合が少し違うだけで味がここまで変わるのかという驚き。 雑炊。 繊細だけどシッカリと鱧のうま味が移ったダシでの雑炊は最高でした。 これまた未体験のうま味。 さいわい他にお客さんがいなかったので大将ともいろいろお話できてとても楽しい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。ありがとうございました。 ポケコンからの案内メールがなかったら恐らく行くことがなかったお店でした。 ポケコンさんにもありがとうです。
