A counter-based Japanese kappo restaurant in Nishi-Azabu that enchants guests with delicious Hinai free-range chicken and Canadian wine.

A counter-seats-only chicken kappo restaurant located close to the Nishi-Azabu Intersection, at approximately 8 minutes' walk from Roppongi Station or Hiroo Station. The restaurant was opened in 2015 by Mr. Shiro Yamazaki, after training for many years at Japanese restaurants that work only based on a introduction-only system. Chef Yamazaki, a 29 years old young master, showing a soft and straightforward demeanor.

The restaurant provides a special space with only 10 counter seats, offering a chef's selected course with delicious Hinai free-range chicken and seasonal vegetables. The wine list has been decided by chef Yamazaki too, as he is also a qualified sommelier, carefully picked wine from Canada that is 90% of the wine list also a variety of Japanese sakes. The marriage of world-renowned wines and Japanese free-range chicken, is an experience you should not miss.

The restaurant can be booked exclusively by a minimum of six people, and service is available in English. Perfect for entertaining overseas guests, casual business dining, or special dates.
