Hotpot Chouyou is tucked away in a residential area just 10 minutes on foot from the Tokyo Metro Mita Station or JR Tamachi Station. It is originated from Chouyou, the authentic Sichuan restaurant located in Shimbashi, boasts an incredible ranking as the No.1 Chinese restaurant on Japan's largest gourmet ranking site! This location specializes in the authentic hotpot cuisine made by chef Yang Cho.

Yang Cho is one of the key driving forces in spreading authentic Sichuan cuisine to Japan. His hotpot had been served to close friends only at the head restaurant "Chouyou", now this menu has become the specialty of the newly "Hotpot Chouyou" that opened on September 2016. It is Japan's first-ever restaurant specializing in genuine Sichuan-style twin-side hotpot. Perfectly reappear the original Sichuan flavor, the authentic hotpot is served in a course style utilizing seasonal ingredients, and the content can be adjusted base on guests' preference. The cuisine matches perfectly with the Shaoxing Rice Wine also.
