Producing the innovative cuisine based on the traditional cuisine in Catalonia, the chef rewarded Michelin 2 star. Born in Catalonia district, Spain, she opened the main branch of ''Restaurant Sant Pau'' at the suburbs of Catalonia and rewarded 3 star in 2006.
Delicate as a work of art, you can enjoy the Catalonia cuisine with your senses. The chefs makes the most of the original taste of local ingredients with modern sensibility. Through the chef's own receipt, such as matching seasonal fruits with meat and fish, you can feel the spiritual features of Catalonia even you are in Tokyo. "Cooking is art, communication, and the culture", the chef brings the "degustation menu" which changes every season, follow various themes such as "dance music in the world" or "the inspiration from Japanese ingredients" modernly and attractively.
