The Owner Chef Otsuki Takumi training 3 years and 3 month in France to open this restaurant. He started in Michelin 3-star restaurant “Le Petit Nice”, finished in 5-star restaurant. After back to Japan in Nov. 2015, he opened the “Takumi”. He barely have any experience in Japan Restaurants: after finish Bachler degree in Kobe University management direction, he came to France and directly talk with the restaurant he interested in “I want to learn in this restaurant”. During his stay, he tasted over 100 Europe restaurants. His sensitivity learned in France, and the approach of activity of cooking, is the most precious part in “Takumi”.
Chef Otsuki Takumi believe that the “correct understand creatively coordination makes a joyful restaurant”. Guests always remember “that’s the dish in Takumi style”. “Delicious is without boarder” is what our chef saying. We only offering one course. By deeply understand our guests, we offering each dish with introduction cards explaining its idea and ingredients, and example of materials in little bottle, present you not only tasting but also great vision and smelling experience. And at the last the dessert is not in traditional France style but coming with all 11-different dessert together, surely would surprise your partner in dating.
For simple eating, private room (max.4 person) are available, good selection for lunch or dinner. We have English Menu and we are offering English service, easily access for oversea guests. Selected by our sommelier, the cork tail are valued to have a taste also in our “Takumi”
