Chef Ryohei Kojima gained his experiences training in well-established restaurants, such as “Kichisei”(Michelin 1 star) located in Ningyo-cho. Seasonal ingredients are carefully selected, and arranged into pure Japanese Cuisine with an idea “heart of having fun” added to create attractive courses. “Honnbushi”(dried arctic bonito) from Makurazaki, Kagoshima with 2 years aging is using for soup here. Grills using charcoal, and rice steamed with Foie gras, are all created considering combination with wine. The most appropriate wine, would be selected all over the world, to better appeal the delicate tastes of Japanese cuisine. We select such as Japanese wine, cool wine, aged rice wine and many others per the course which suggest a whole new marriage. For wine lovers, best marriage is promised here. Dinning space here is decorated by wood and bamboo, giving you the feeling of harmonic. There are counter seats, single rooms and semi-private rooms, possible to serve up to 12 people.
