The first branch independent of famous “Sumibi Yakiniku Nakahara”. At the nice position which is only 5 minutes’ walk from Kyodo Station, “Sumibi Yakiniku Fuchioka” opened in May, 2017.
Owner Chef Mr. Hiroyuki Fuchioka, followed his teacher Mr. Nakahara from before “Sumibi Yakiniku Nakahara”, at the time when its name was "Shichirin". The training was started from choosing the meat, to cutting, roasting even sauces, including all the knowledge required to inherent a Grill restaurant. It was definitely not an easy way to become independent, but Chef Fuchioka did it with his humble heart and strong will. Course here are mainly recommendation, using carefully selected best level of Wagyu Beef, offer you the "Assorted meat of various parts". Comparing with the “Sumibi Yakiniku Nakahara”, “Sumibi Yakiniku Fuchioka” is more casual to enjoy, and the real tasty and be found here.
The dark color decorations giving it a relaxing atmosphere. Table seats and semi private room with “Sunken Kotatsu(low table over a hole in the floor have a heat source underneath and a hanging quilt to retain warmth) available for your choice. Semi private room is also welcoming children visitors(up to 6 person in total). English service is available for easy access of oversea visitors. Must try the experience with Charcoal Grill in “Sumibi Yakiniku Fuchioka” which you could not found in anywhere else.
